The consultation manager was kind and tried to explain everything in as much detail as possible. There was not even a trace of pressure, and they explained my questions well. I had a consultation with Director Kim specifically assigned, and the explanations about the surgery method and my questions were very detailed. They pulled the skin to show me the line and showed what kind of line I could expect, and I got a reassuring feeling that they were doing their best to operate safely. They also explained in detail things like wrinkles and risks if too much is removed, and said they would do the surgery the way I wanted.
