The staff were not exactly unfriendly, but they felt aloof. The consultant skipped over a lot of the explanations and did not listen to what the other person was saying. She just kept talking about her own thoughts, and there was no real conversation. I have a long nose, but she said the nasal tip should be lowered and a straight nose should be made, so I was like, huh? But the director said that because it is a long nose, the nasal tip should be raised. The two of them said different things haha.. Maybe the director was busy, but he felt very mechanical and annoyed? It was my first surgery, but they recommended costal cartilage and functional rhinoplasty, so I did not do it here.
