I think they do things in a natural way. Booking wasn’t difficult, and while I was under sedation I woke up briefly in the middle, but they put me back to sleep. I didn’t really have a consultation about the design; they just propped up my nose with a cotton swab to show how it could change, explained the surgical method, and then I had the operation. I think being able to consult directly with the director is a big advantage. They also told me about an asymmetry I hadn’t noticed and did osteotomy.
