The staff weren't exactly unfriendly, but they felt a bit aloof. The consultation manager skipped over a lot of explanations and didn't listen to what the other person was saying. They just kept talking about their own thoughts, and it didn't feel like a conversation. I have a long nose, but they said the nasal tip should be lowered and made into a straight nose, so I was like, huh? But the director said that because it is a long nose, the nasal tip should be raised. The two of them said different things, haha.. Maybe the director was busy, but they felt very mechanical and annoyed? It was my primary surgery, but they recommended costal cartilage and functional nose surgery, so I didn't do it there.
