The staff member was very dry, so my first impression of the clinic wasn’t great, but that changed after I had a consultation with the director. They told me how the areas I was concerned about could be improved, and I liked that they pointed out all the parts I usually Photoshop. But even though I would be satisfied with an 80-point nose, it felt like they were trying to make me a 100-point nose? Thanks to that, all sorts of things got added, so the cost was extremely, extremely, extremely expensive. Other than that, I was satisfied with the consultation,, but since this is my first surgery, using autologous costal cartilage feels way too burdensome.
