It was my first consultation, so I was nervous, but the staff were very kind, so my first impression was good The director felt more very honest than warm and friendly (not unkind) The surgical plan was cartilage binding, septal cartilage + ear cartilage I told all my friends I was getting rhinoplasty, but they said if I do it with a closed approach, only I would know and everyone else wouldn’t notice, so I was taken aback I asked to see before-and-after surgery photos and saw one, and honestly even my mom probably wouldn’t know I had surgery The consultation manager was so kind, kept telling me here and there that my face is pretty even now, told me to ask anything anytime, and advised me to look into lots of clinics
