Hoping this will be my last post in this community, I’m writing a review of revision surgery for a bulbous nose Personally, this community helped me a lot, and I wanted to write a proper review too, so I’m writing this 4 months after surgery - Pre-surgery condition 1. I had an intranasal incision cartilage tying procedure -> it ended up becoming revision surgery. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have done it... Of course it had no effect, and I got a huge amount of scar tissue 2. I had a high nasal bridge between the eyebrows, oily skin, and a thick bulbous nose; the nasal alae were blunt and I practically had no nasal tip Because of those two things, when I went to consultations, I heard every pessimistic comment imaginable... First, I got pitiful looks asking why I had done cartilage tying... For definite bulbous nose correction, I considered silicone too, but because the nasal bridge between my eyebrows was high, several places advised against silicone, and I heard a lot that because my skin was thick, it would be hard to see much effect from the front - Reason I chose the hospital 1. Review photos 60% For bulbous nose correction, well-done cases are rare, so when I researched hospitals, I mainly looked at review photos. From the photos, I saw some reviews where the bulbous nose had truly been corrected, and I liked their distinctive post-surgery nose shape; it was pretty and to my taste 2. Consultation 40% I kept thinking about the consultation I had around March last year, so I had surgery at Hit in October The consultation manager was also very kind and good, but when I called to set a surgery date, maybe I called too late, because they said she had left the clinic... I’m the type who studies a lot in advance before going, so I don’t have many questions and plastic surgery consultations usually don’t take long for me But Director Han Sang-cheol analyzed my face in detail, so the consultation was 3 to 4 times longer than at other hospitals The part that stuck with me during the consultation was that he pointed out the width between my eyes... After hearing that, I felt sure about the director’s aesthetic sense I had narrowly avoided having eyes that looked close-set, but if the space between my eyes had been even slightly narrower, it could have been risky The director said that because the nasal bridge between my eyebrows was already high, if we put in silicone or got too ambitious, the area between my eyes could look crowded and change my impression, so if I was okay with it, he suggested moderately raising the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage, and said it would be good to bring the columella out a bit, which was very nice... The side line is so pretty I’ve had nose consultations about 6 or 7 times, and Director Han Sang-cheol was the only one who consulted while considering facial harmony - Materials, surgical method, price I had a CT scan, and since I practically had no septal cartilage, we used donated costal cartilage These days autologous costal cartilage is the trend, so I thought about it a lot, but I didn’t have time to recover, and since it was revision surgery the cost was also a bit burdensome, so I chose donated costal cartilage! Maybe because it was revision surgery, there weren’t any event discountsㅠㅠ Since I have rhinitis, the only thing was that I could claim about 1 million won through actual-cost insurance - 4-month progress review According to the director, I had a record-breaking amount of scar tissue, so removing it was difficult Maybe that’s why, right after surgery, even to the naked eye, my nose from the front looked half the size, so I was shocked. Is this me...? And I don’t know why, but I had no bruising at all The swelling also went down really fast, so people who saw me for the first time 2 weeks after surgery said they didn’t know I had surgery Even before the cartilage tying procedure I already had scar tissue, and since I had a thick-skinned bulbous nose, I was extremely wary that scar tissue might fill back in and my nose would return to how it was. I cut out inflammation-triggering foods like flour and didn’t even touch alcohol, but from week 4, the nasal alar area started swelling like crazy and got very tight and puffy... I was really depressed, thinking this nose just couldn’t be fixed, but when I went for a checkup at one month, they said blood had pooled in my nose, and since it had only been about a month since surgery, to trust my recovery and come back again in a month But even at 2 months, the swelling in the nasal alae still wouldn’t go downㅠㅠ I was really depressed, but after getting an injection it went down a lot, and now it’s getting slimmer day by day. My boyfriend keeps looking at my side profile and saying, wow, you’re so pretty now!! Your side profile is so pretty now! so I feel really proud. I think they brought out the prettiest nose possible from my own nose even without silicone. Personally, the best part is that when I take front-facing selfies, I don’t have to edit my nose in an app anymore. Today is my last checkup, and they said I probably don’t need an injection and that I don’t need to come back unless something happens, so I’m happy and writing this review!! Photos can’t be uploaded hereㅠㅠ Since my nose was a complex for me, I hope everyone considering surgery because of their nose gets amazing results, whatever choice you make!!!

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
