I liked that I could get the consultation quickly without waiting long. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and the manager was also very kind, and they said non-face-to-face consultation was possible because of COVID. The director was kind, but busy, so I couldn’t ask enough questions or get enough time, which was a bit disappointing, but the professionalism seemed good!
