The waiting time was a bit long, but the director was kind and gave me a very thorough consultation. He spent a long time actually touching and examining my nose during the consultation. I liked that he picked up the point of my questions well and answered them. The manager was kind too, but I was disappointed that there were no before-and-after photos.
