The person who seemed to be the consultation manager didn't seem interested in my surgery (a buried-incision/double-eyelid surgery dilemma) at all and only seemed interested in how neatly I wrote my notes. They didn't seem professional. My eyes have little fat but swell a lot, and since they seemed to think the swelling was fat, the doctor recommended incision over buried sutures and suggested several procedures I had not even considered, such as fat removal. For reference, at six other hospitals, they checked whether I was prone to swelling by feeling around my eyelids and knees, and most of them recommended buried sutures because I had little fat. I actually had buried sutures at another hospital.
