The consultation is only with the manager, and first of all, it is done while wearing a mask. So you can think of it as surgery based on the eyes alone rather than on what suits your face as a whole. I am a man, and I got surgery that made me look like a woman (huge, very wide eyes), and I was told many times that I had really become ugly. Honestly, I would not recommend it.
