The consultation manager was kind, showed me cases of acquaintances who had surgery, and arranged the time as much as possible to fit my schedule. The consultation with the director was very short, and rather than detailed explanations, they just showed me photos of celebrities and said it would turn out like this~ They answered the questions I asked and all that. I put down a deposit, but I am still thinking about whether I will actually have the surgery.
