The consultation manager was kind, but the nurse? staff member was just so-so. The doctor was kind too, but did not listen to what I wanted. I repeatedly emphasized that my lips were asymmetrical and asked them to match the symmetry, so they asked what kind of symmetry I meant, and I just said, "Symmetry!" The result is completely uneven.
