Goksaem review

I have a low, small bulbous nose. There was not much septal cartilage available to use, and since they would not do a good surgery using only ear cartilage instead of septal cartilage, I consulted here. Honestly, I went there already planning to do it here, so I did not even think much about what to ask and left. But unexpectedly, they said they could add a lot more to the bridge than other hospitals. Other places said they could add at most about 2 mm to 3 mm, but here they said they could add about 3.5 mm haha. And I liked that they said it was better not to use septal cartilage and to use only ear cartilage. Also, instead of using septal cartilage, they did not recommend donor rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, which was good. But the price was way more expensive than elsewhere,. So I called another hospital I had consulted with and asked whether surgery using only ear cartilage instead of septal cartilage was impossible. But the consultation manager answered the phone and said if septal cartilage is not used, things will sag and other things and it is not good. Still, when I said I wanted to use only ear cartilage... and that if they harvest from the septum it is small and would become weaker and I thought side effects might happen, then they said, well, then it is possible with ear cartilage too~ But the consultation manager is not the one who actually performs surgery, right I just think this is a difference in skill. Whether or not you can build height with soft tissue is not a matter of material, but of technique, I think.. I left with the feeling that even if it is expensive, it should be worth the money. Another surprising thing was that they did not take a reservation deposit when booking. I think they said it only had to be paid by 10 days before surgery, but I guess they will contact me..
