They skipped over the professional explanation about the consultation because it was too hard to understand, and honestly I was thinking of having surgery here, but I thought it might be better to look around more and do it somewhere else.. I kind of see what people mean when they say the managers are rude, though honestly the surgeon is the more important part anyway
