Eye Surgery Considerations

Berniforet Review

Overall, it is not bad, and I think the director has a good aesthetic sense. He is always humming a tune haha The counseling director is also extremely professional, never excessively recommending anything unnecessary, and after studying a lot about what they do before explaining it, they seemed very proud of their work, which left a strong impression.

That said!!!!!!!! The front desk staff at this clinic is really so strange that I no longer want to go. I honestly cannot even recommend it to people around me anymore. Every time I go, I leave feeling disgusted. The wording is harsh, but I cannot think of any expression other than disgusting. With customers all sitting there, I was genuinely shocked to see them hang up a work-related call and then let out huge, repeated sighs as if they had some major problem lolllllllll In this world, it is not a place where only you exist. On top of that, they were then teaching a newly hired staff member, and that tone of voice... please, do that only when the two of you are alone... The cherry on top was this person's honorifics lolllllllllll I was completely stunned. Every time I go, I am so taken aback. For example, instead of, 'What did you get done?,' it was, 'What did you do?' 'You brought your car?' and so on... I thought you were my boss lol Even now, it makes me laugh. If you are an adult, do not you normally use polite speech with people you meet for the first time outside? More importantly, this is not a place where you get to know people personally, it is customers. I am not asking for extreme politeness and honorifics, but that kind of speech... seems like something that needs training.

While speaking earnestly, they would interrupt me in the middle... it is really unbelievable.

It is a good clinic, but because of the behavior of one front desk employee, it has become a place I cannot go to.
