First, I got a CT scan there (there is an additional fee separate from the consultation fee). They do not clearly explain things until I ask questions. I said what I wanted, but in the end I felt like the doctor wanted to do things their own way. I wanted silicone removed and no implant, but they recommended silicone again. There was no talk about costal cartilage during the doctor consultation, but the manager said it might be usable during the manager consultation. I was told by the manager more than by the doctor how the surgery would proceed. I did not want a functional nose job, but after seeing the CT they said the septum was deviated and brought up functional nose surgery. I already knew the septum was crooked, and ENTs had told me several times that this degree of deviation is something everyone has and that surgery is not necessary, and I did not have any functional breathing difficulty either, so it felt odd that they were bringing up the septum here. Since what the doctor said and the direction I wanted did not match, I ended the visit with just the consultation.
