I kept getting nose filler until I eventually ended up having surgery. As you can see in the photos, my nose was short and upturned, with a moderate amount of nostril show. After endless deliberation, I had my first rhinoplasty this year and boldly went with autologous costal cartilage (amazing). Both the short and upturned nose were improved as much as I wanted, and now just the right amount of my nostrils shows from the front. I didn’t ask to look like anyone or have a particular person’s nose. I simply explained verbally how much improvement I wanted, and they understood perfectly😂. The only thing that changed between before and after was my nose, but it really feels like my whole vibe changed. The slight sunken feeling in the midface now feels like it has pushed forward.
