It has already been about six months since my nose surgery! I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage by Dr. Kim Jin-seong, the representative chief surgeon at JT Plastic Surgery. I had many worries and lots of things on my mind, but overall I have been satisfied, from the consultation through postoperative care. First, the consultant was very kind. I could comfortably ask anything I was curious about, and she explained everything carefully, which made me feel at ease from the consultation. The doctor was also kind and examined me thoroughly, which I liked. Another part I was satisfied with after surgery was the follow-up care. Every time I visited, the nurses treated me very kindly, and I liked feeling that the doctor continued to pay attention to me. One thing I personally liked was that they will show you the CCTV footage if you request it! I think details like this are reassuring from a patient's perspective. It has already been six months, and I remember being satisfied with my choice of clinic and with how kindly they treated me from consultation through postoperative care. I still need to watch the progress longer, but so far I am satisfied overall! I hope this helps people who are deliberating and looking into clinics even a little :)
