I had surgery with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at [Clinic A]. My bridge was already fairly high, but my nasal bones were wide, my tip drooped, and my columella was short, so I had non-implant surgery with ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and osteotomy, plus alar reduction for nostril symmetry! I wanted to become prettier gradually and naturally without going overboard, and just as I hoped, it looks so natural and like my own nose that nobody around me knows I had nose surgery!! Maybe I am suited to surgery, because the pain was close to zero,,,, and the bruising and major swelling were completely recovered within a week, so I went out without even wearing a mask as soon as the splint came off. I am extremely satisfied 🫧
