Since it was peak season, I went expecting some waiting, but maybe because the system was fairly well organized, the waiting area didn't feel chaotic, and if it seemed like the wait would be long, they let me know in advance, so there was no inconvenience! For the consultation, I was able to meet with the consultant right away, but the director I requested was in surgery, so there was a bit of a wait. Still, I was able to have the consultation without feeling rushed, and instead of factory-style answers, they explained mainly the parts that were truly necessary for me, so it was a very helpful consultation~
