I liked that they only recommended the surgeries that were necessary, without pushing anything excessive. Since I was doing my eyes, I also asked about my nose at the same time, and they seemed to explain well what kind of surgery would be good. (My memory is fuzzy, but I left feeling satisfied with the consultation.)
