I went after doing my own research and only looked at the line. They showed me review photos and explained things in detail, but the doctor was busy, so he didn't spend long on the consultation, and the manager explained most of it. At the final consultation before surgery, I didn't know what to say and hesitated, but after I showed the photos one last time, I think they still handled it well. The aftercare isn't amazing, just decent.
