The director handled the consultation so carelessly.. I could really feel that he wanted to quickly pass me off to the manager or another staff member. Maybe because I had a long consultation at [Clinic A] before, the contrast felt even stronger.. I went in for the consultation with a pretty desperate mindset, so the careless consultation made me even more worried.
