I had a hump nose, so I had septal osteotomy, shaved down the hump area, and inserted 2 mm of silicone Right after the surgery my septum felt too tightly bound, but even now, four years later, I am satisfied in terms of both design and other aspects It does not show much, and because it was a hump nose, the swelling just lasted a long time It is partly due to my skin, but they stitched the surgical area so carefully that the scar is basically invisible If I drink too much or get tired, it does pull a bit.. but I am happy because there are no side effects The doctor was also extremely kind, so I actually felt the staff were less friendly by comparison
