My appointment was at 1:00 PM, but I arrived at 1:10 PM and got home at 5:30 PM. I was late compared to my appointment time, so I expected some waiting, but I thought it was a bit too much. The kindness was average, and I wasn't dissatisfied with the procedure. I think I'll know better after the touch-up.
