I had almost no swelling; I went to watch a play right after the surgery. But it took about 3 weeks to become completely natural. For about 4 months after, I thought maybe it had gone too low, but then it gradually came up and reached just the right pretty level, and then after 2 years it returned to the original position.... um... T_T
