I went in March 2019 for a consultation about jaw surgery. The head doctor was kinder than any doctor I had ever experienced, and I think I asked a huge number of detailed questions for more than 30 minutes, but they explained everything carefully without showing any sign of fatigue. The jaw surgery is such a major operation that I still have not decided, but thanks to the doctor, I learned a lot about things I had not known. However, I was disappointed by the way the consultation manager seemed to be trying to negotiate the cost, so I could not give 5 stars.
