I didn’t want to use autologous costal cartilage, so I looked at ear cartilage instead, but there wasn’t much change The consultation with the manager was kind and good too, so I almost left a deposit, but I still had other consultations scheduled, so I just left. They said other places use the septum too, but here they don’t use the septum.
