4 years ago, before I really knew much, I had nose surgery with a friend, and we both ended up with bad results. My friend’s nose became crooked and the nostrils were uneven. In my case, after the nose surgery the nose became too low so the effect was not good, and I also developed uneven nostrils and tip drooping, but when I raised these concerns, I was told it was because of asymmetry, thin skin, a short nose, and a nose that was low and small.
