My acquaintances kept telling me not to do it because my nose wasn't even low and it was fine as it was, but I went ahead and did it anywayㅠㅠ Before the surgery, I hadn't looked into any places at all, and it happened very suddenly, so now that I think about it, I feel like I was way too impulsive and did something I'd regret. After the surgery, it ended up much higher than I liked, and the doctor had said during consultation that he would only use septal cartilage, but after surgery it looked like he had put in a lot more in the tip than he said, so it hurt and I had it removed at another place after two weeks.
There, they decided to lower the tip a bit, but when they removed things, they told me that although they had filed down the dorsal hump on the bridge, there was still only 0.5 mm of silicone, and that the tip had been planned with septal cartilage, but they had inserted that plus some strange implant, which was the problem because it was too highㅠㅠ But during the revision consultation, when I said I didn't want it lowered too much, they said they would leave some cartilage and add a little dermis so the tip wouldn't droop, and then after it was over they said they had removed everything, but because they were worried the tip would be damaged, they only added dermis, so now my nose feels a bit bulbousㅠㅠ The tip also feels a bit hard. When I asked if it might be contracture, they said if it hadn't risen, then it wasn'tㅠㅠ
After the surgery, people kept saying I looked chubbier, which hurt, and now that more than 5 years have passed, it even seems to have sagged, so I'm really upsetㅠㅠ It seems true that when it comes to shape, you should go to a plastic surgery clinic, not an ENT clinic. If I had listened to my acquaintances and not had the surgery in the first place, I wouldn't have regretted it so much. I spent all the money, and I hate it so much now. I don't know if the revision was also too rushed, or if the review saying the doctor's style makes the tip a little more spread out was right, or if it's bothㅠㅠ
The second hospital said they had removed too much, and that they would do it cheaply as aftercare, but they suggested using Megaderm, and I don't want to do it because my trust has dropped for no reason. But living like this, every time I take a photo I still feel self-conscious and awkward, so I dislike it even more.
