First of all, the hospital facilities are on the small side. I really liked that it went consultation with the manager - consultation with the doctor - consultation with the manager again for cost, and not a cost consultation. Unlike other places these days, during the doctor's consultation the manager stands next to you and listens instead of not hearing anything, or isn't there at all. Here, the manager was listening from the side. The doctor explained things in a way that wasn't stressful or annoying at all: 1. Identify the problem and improvement method 2. Virtual plastic surgery 3. After photos of patients who had surgery so the post-op look can be predicted 4. Explanation of materials He explained everything. It wasn't like he was doing it in a rushed or irritated way either. After the consultation ended, he even said goodbye so sweetly that I made a same-day reservation and left. The manager really pushes same-day reservations lol It was really a whole new world of price changes lol And the ladies at the counter were also smiling and kind, so it was comfortable, and they talked with the patients who came in after nose surgery like they were cousins, so I thought, ah, even if I'm not satisfied after surgery, I can complain comfortably. Director Kim said he performs autologous costal cartilage surgery on about 3 patients a day ㅠㅜ I want a place with only one surgery a day and CCTV ㅜㅜ but I came after seeing the after photos and made a same-day reservation용
