I heard from people around me that they are good at noses, so I had a consultation and got the surgery. I had a bulbous nose, but after surgery with the septal cartilage, it ended up looking pinched. When I asked later, they said that from their point of view it was fine. The important thing is that it was not fine for me... A relative of mine also went there and had nose surgery, and it gave off kind of a pinched feeling too.. Maybe not as bad as mine, but it had that kind of vibe. The doctor should know that the nose should not be made flashy, but rather made so that neither the patient nor others see it as strange, yet this is the result. In photos, the pinched look shows, so I can hardly take side-profile shots, and the shadow on the right side of my nose is sunken, so even places with lighting have become uncomfortable to go to.
