As you can probably tell from before surgery, my bulbous nose was severe and my nose was short, so it had always been a complex for me. I looked into reviews of bulbous nose surgery and mainly consulted clinics that could also do rhinitis surgery (deviated septum surgery). For reference, this was a revision surgery. Even my friends didn't believe I had had nose surgery before, so ..... I've never mentioned it... About 7 years ago I had surgery without looking into it properly, so this time I think I carefully took notes in my memo app after each consultation and worked hard to visit a lot of clinics. It's still been very soon since the surgery, so I can't be sure whether the rhinitis surgery was successful, but I don't have nasal congestion or any major discomfort. The shape is better than before, with the bulbous nose reduced and the nose feeling a bit slimmer, so I'm satisfied. As the swelling goes down, the tip is said to drop a bit too, but compared with one week after surgery, I think it still looks fine now.
