I had rhinitis surgery + nostril reduction. During the consultation, honestly, among the clinics I've been to around me, this was the one that felt the most professional and thorough. The manager explained the prices clearly without pushing for a booking, and that was it. That's probably why I decided to go through with the surgery. In the end, the cosmetic result turned out very natural, but as for the rhinitis improvement... I'm not sure. I don't really know. At least I didn't have any side effects, so I guess it's okay.
However, I was not satisfied with the post-op service. I had blood drawn and was lying there feeling exhausted, and hearing the nurses and doctor chatting and laughing right next to me, loud enough for the guardian outside the room to hear, was unpleasantㅎㅎ When I tried to make an appointment for a follow-up visit, I was very taken aback by how different their attitude was from before the surgery. I hope the staff management gets handled properlyㅋㅋ
