About 10 years ago, I had nose surgery with autologous dermis. At the time I had a bulbous nose, but that part was not improved, so I was dissatisfied and later had alar reduction and nostril lowering surgery at another place. Since I had several complex procedures done at two hospitals rather than a revision surgery, I am not happy with the shape now. In the end, I am looking into a full revision at another hospital. Ah, when they take autologous dermis, they remove tissue from the inner side of the cleft near the buttocks, and the stitched surgical scar is left long. It has been over 10 years, but my girlfriend keeps asking what that is.
