I couldn't get a same-day appointment, so I first had a non-face-to-face consultation. They said they'd give me a callback, but there was no contact, so I applied for a non-face-to-face consultation at the hospital first, and when I asked if I could visit that same day, they said no. When I asked how many days in advance I had to book to reserve the date I wanted, they said it depends each time. I said I wanted both function and cosmetic results, but would need a consultation to decide, and they told me to look into it more and then call... They were so annoyed and rude that I just said I'd book another time and hung up. Then around the afternoon, someone I assumed was the director called and consulted me about the contents I had uploaded for the remote consultation. It was about which nose could be done with bony cartilage, that kind of thing... The medical staff were kind, but the staff were rude, so I didn't make a consultation appointment... I don't want to be stressed by the staff's attitude while I'm hospitalized^^;
