I had it done 4 years ago, and there has been no recurrence so far! My under-eyes are still flat, but the dark circles do not seem to have been a fat issue after all.. There has not been much change in the dark circles! Maybe they faded a little, though! Still, I am satisfied. It was done under local anesthesia, and after about a week I was able to return to everyday life right away!
