I felt confident in the consultation with the director. Regardless of skill, I somehow felt like he wouldn't deceive me. But even though the price was absurd, I turned back after being told I wouldn't be able to get a nose I would be satisfied with after surgery. I got it done somewhere else and the surgery came out nicely and exactly how I wanted it. However... as time passed, it seemed like my nostrils were showing, so I had surgery again recently, and now this nose is the least pretty one.
