I had nose surgery 3 days ago, but the columella is set farther inward than the nostril wings, so I told the doctor. They said the nose shape came out well and didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. Since the columella goes inward into the nose, it looks strange. I wonder if I shouldn’t have done it, and I regret it. Or I’d like to ask whether the columella can come down as the swelling goes down.
