It’s been 3 years since I had nose surgery for a bulbous nose + low nose bridge + hump nose. I raised the bridge with 6 mm silicone, shaved down the hump, and tied the nasal tip with ear cartilage. At first, the bridge looked bumpy, so I thought it had failed But as time passed, the swelling went down and it looks completely natural now lol When I look at old photos, my nose definitely looked spread out..
