First of all, the director is very kind and very professional, and explains exactly what I wanted. But even though I had a reservation, I still had to wait an hour and a half^^ I hate waiting the most. And overall the staff seemed flustered and disorganized. The clinic facility looks good. They pushed functional nose surgery a bit. After the consultation I didn’t want to do the septal surgery anymore, so I asked if I could do it without that part and they said no.
