The staff felt a little blunt, but the director kindly explained a lot of things to me. I got a revision surgery consultation, and it was good that he clearly told me what had been lacking in my first surgery and how he would improve it. They also did a virtual simulation in Photoshop, which was nice, and I liked the result, but I don't know if that kind of shape can really be achieved with my current nose, so I'm still debating..
