First of all, the facility was clean, and the staff and director were very kind. When I consulted with the director, I liked that he pointed out exactly what I had often felt but didn't really know the cause of! But he talked as if the surgery were very difficult, so I wasn't sure whether this hospital could improve what I wanted, so I'm going to think about it a bit more.
