I got a consultation with a doctor who is famous for noses, and rather than giving detailed explanations about nose surgery, he speaks in a concise, straightforward style and gives off a vibe like you should trust him and leave it to him. Personally, I feel trust only when I hear detailed explanations about my nose and the surgical method and can convince myself, so it didn't suit me.
