In 2016, I had zygoma reduction, mini lifting, and buccal fat grafting. It didn't hurt after the surgery, but sometimes there was a tingling sensation around the arch area, and that also disappeared after about two years. Honestly, the 45-degree angle didn't live up to my expectations, but the side cheekbones went in a lot, and there was almost no sagging.
