I consulted with Dr. Kim for functional and cosmetic nose surgery, and it seems like he generally prefers surgery with autologous costal cartilage. He mostly said that other options like septal cartilage or ear cartilage are basically not done. In any case, I was quite happy with the hospital facilities.
