I went for a consultation because of a facelift and salivary gland removal, and I'm satisfied with the consultation. The hospital isn't chaotic, and the manager did push a bit to book surgery, but it wasn't to the point of forcing a reservation, so I was able to consult without pressure. There was no consultation fee either! As far as I can tell, this seems to be the only place where you can get a facelift and salivary gland removal at the same time.
