I visited after applying through the app because it seemed like my face had lost elasticity. During the consultation, they said the director was busy, so only the consultation manager handled it, and I met the director on the day of the procedure. At the time I did not really know if it worked... but much later, I felt like my face was getting bigger, and thought, so it did have an effect. lol There were quite a lot of people, and even if you made a reservation, waiting was mandatory. Still, the staff were kind, so just as I was about to get angry, I managed to hold it in.
