I had the surgery without an implant, but first of all, they didn't shave down the hump properly, so it's uneven, and the tip has dropped a lot from the original, though not in a completely droopy way like a hanging tip. It was so natural that no one would know I had nose surgery.. I wasn't told that the hump would remain if I did it without an implant ㅠ I contacted the manager to say the hump hadn't been shaved down enough, but the assigned manager quit from the hospital about 6 months after surgery, so the hospital connected me with another manager to talk. When I met the doctor at the hospital, he said it looked fine to him and asked why I wanted to touch it, but I kept insisting that it was bothering me, so I paid the anesthesia fee and got after-service treatment. They shaved it down more through a closed approach, but it came back again, so I'm thinking about revision surgery..
